In the city of Fruita, the median home value is $245,000. The median days on market is 45 days, and the sales volume is up 4.4% from last year.
In Palisade, a unique community with its orchards and vineyards, the median home value is $265,00, and the days on market is 61 days. However, the sales volume is down this year, by 8.3%
